I was reading Synaptic vs. Semantic web by @preona. That ‘The internet is people talking to people’ and that it’s all about the user are great insights. But I don't think @timberners_lee viewed it in any other way in 1999, it has always been about the user!
I do agree that a synaptic web vision is more based on the strength of people than machines.
@preona, it would be great if you could further explain to your readers why you think the synaptic web paradigm is so focused on the user!
